Members of the public, trade and media are hereby informed that unauthorised operators of websites, online platforms, and digital channels with URLs including but not limited to www.tataevdealership.com and www.tataevdealership.in, and any variants or similar platforms thereof, have been found on the internet. These operators are allegedly offering dealerships under the name of TATA EV or any confusingly similar name, soliciting payments/deposits against various promises. In certain instances, these operators have been offering dealerships for two wheelers and EV dealerships in India and international markets such as Australia, Canada, UK and USA, or any other markets.
TMPV has no association, connection, reference or affiliation with the said websites, platforms and all contents thereof, including but not limited to their impugned logos. TMPV does not associate with any of the products / services being sold or marketed via the fraudulent websites, platforms, or channels not limited to the foregoing, including the entities owning such websites and all resultant claims and businesses arising out of it. TMPV is actively seeking appropriate legal recourse against such fraudulent operators and, in the meanwhile, disclaims any liabilities or claims that may arise out of such incorrect association and requests all stakeholders to not associate TMPV with the foregoing websites, platforms, their offerings and claims.
All stakeholders are urged to be vigilant so as not to become inadvertently a party to such acts of infringement and to bring any such acts to our attention. Should business be still conducted or information provided to such unscrupulous websites / entities / platforms, TMPV shall not be responsible or be held liable for any prejudice caused due to such businesses being conducted.
